Brown sausage and drain grease. Cut into bite size pieces. Toast bread and cube (I use store stuffing mix without the seasoning pack) and add to a greased 9x12 pan. Sautee mushrooms in pan with sausage grease. Add all ingredients to the bread crumbs. Let sit 6 hrs or overnight. Bake 350 approx 30 mins or until set.
