My first taste I though ''ho hum' a bit dry, but when mixed through properly so the flavours of various ingredients mingled and had with the yoghurt and berries it was fine..and if it helps with constipation etc as it should with the fibre and linseeds then its all good!I split a batch into 5 serves into ziplock bags so I can 'Grab'n'Go if in a rush - be sure to mix it up before serving so a good proportion of each ingredient is in each serve as some items are heavier and sink to the bottom.I tend to bag up the four serves as soon as batch is made, then its no hassle each morning - just grab a bag, a pottle of yoghurt some berries and go. Does have high calorie and fat count so not too often I guess.
