whip cream cheese to soften.add Benefiber and mix together.add your favorite flavor of Polaner Sugar Free Preserves w/Fiber.I used Raspberry for the purposes of nutritional values. But Strawberry and Raspberry are very similar nutritionally. I still need to try the Orange Marmalade, but I'm sure it will be just as yummy.Mix well. I use alot of preserves because I'm not a big fan of cream cheese unless it's sweetened. You could probably cut the preserves in half and use a packet of Splenda to sweeten as well.
