Add oats, honey, flax and almond milk to small mason jar. Stir well, cover and put in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, add hemp seed, coconut flake and cacao nibs. Stir well. You can eat it as is, or heat it up. I make 10 or 12 on Sunday night and then let the kids put what they want in them in the morning...quick and easy and everyone gets what they want!
