How Do I Make Cornmeal Scrapple?

Here is how you make Cornmeal Scrapple:

In a saucepan, combine cornmeal, milk, sugar and salt. Gradually stir in the water. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Reduce heat, cover and cook 10 minutes longer until very thick. Stir occasionally.remove from heat and stir in the cooked sausage. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. To serve, unmold and slice in 1/3 inch slices.
