Here is how you make Jenn's Basic Crepe:

Combine the first 3 ingredients (milk mixture). In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients (flour mix). Then add the flour mix to the milk mixture and stir well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.Coat a 7 or 8 in nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Pour abour 2 tbl of batter into the center of the skillet, lift pan and tilt to coat bottom evenly (crepes should be thin). Cook until top appears dry, turn and cook 15-20 seconds longer.
