Mix wet ingredients in blender, slowly add in flour on med. setting. Should be consistency of whipping creme. Do not grease pan, I use nonstick crepe pan. Heat griddle to med-high heat first, pour 1/4cup batter, rotate pan to spread out and thin crepe. Cook until it appears dry and flip, cook other side just before the ends flip or turn up.
