Here is how you make So Simple Crepes:

Mix all ingredients in a blender til very smooth. Batter will be very runny. Heat large skillet with very small amount of butter or oil (optional) over med-high heat. Pour aprox. 1/4 c. of the batter onto the pan, rolling the pan so that the batter spreads out evenly, cook each side 1-2 min. (until golden brown). These are best eaten as they come off the pan as they cool quickly, or, heat your oven to a minimum setting and place the plate of them in there to keep them warm. Add your favorite topping (strawberries, blueberries, canned peaches are wonderful, butter and icing sugar, syrup, whipped cream, etc.) And enjoy!
