- 1/2 cup Brown Rice (I used Brown Minute Rice)
- 1/4 cup Wheat Germ
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1/2 cup Chopped Dates
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- pinch of nutmeg
- 4 cups Almond Milk (I used Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla, but soy milk can also be used)
- 4 cups water

Here is how you make Whole-Grain Crockpot Porridge:

**Makes 10 1-cup servings of porridge**- measure dry and wet ingredients into your crockpot- stir all ingredients together- cook porrige in crockpot OVERNIGHT (6-8 hrs) on a very, very low setting (I used the "stay warm" setting and it was perfect)- eat it for breakfast the next morning!*Don't be afraid to add some additional dried fruit (ie. apples, berries, etc.) to suit your preferences.
