Combine milk powder and water. Add to egg mixture. Stir in stevia and mix well. Add vanilla and splenda. Blend well. Put in 8 wide mouth pint jars in a 350 degree oven. Also put in an extra jar or two half filled with water or put the jars all in a pan of water.
