How Do I Make Healthy Dutch Baby for Two (or, one)?Here is how you make Healthy Dutch Baby for Two (or, one): Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place ovenproof frying pan in the oven to heat.Whisk together eggs, flour, milk, 2 packets of truvia, vanilla, salt and melted butter until smooth.Remove pan from oven and spray with nonstick cooking spray, then pour the batter into the hot pan and put it back in the oven.Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the golden brown. Slide from the pan onto a serving plate and sprinkle w/ remaining truvia packet (or, if you like, powdered sugar instead of truvia) and lemon juice.
