3 tb honey (or maple syrup)
2 tb agave nectar (or maple syrup)
3 tb olive oil (or other plant oil, such as canola)
2 tb water
2 ts vanilla extract

Whisk to combine in a small bowl, then pour over dry ingredients and fold together until evenly coated.

Dry ingredients:
2 ts ground cinnamon
2 ts chinese five spice (or all spice)
1 ts ground ginger
1/2 ts salt
pinch ground cloves (or 1/4 ts)
3 cups whole oats (NOT quick cooking)
1/2 cup each (whole or ground) flax seed, almonds, bulgar wheat (or wheat germ), and walnuts
