Add 1 tsp of vegetable oil to a large non-stick frying pan and turn heat just below medium.In a medium bowl mix together dry ingredients. Add water and mix until well combined - batter should be gritty (because of grains) but not lumpy. If you like thin pancakes add more water a couple of tablespoons at a time to thin the batter.Pour the batter into the pan 1/4 cup at a time. Press blueberries into each pancake while they are cooking.
