What Are The Ingredients For Ann's Egg Bake Recipe?The ingredients for Ann's Egg Bake are: 1 1/4 lb Italian sausage - pork (can sub with turkey)8 large eggs 1 cup egg substitute 4 cups cubbed bread for stuffing 1/4 cup milk 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 10.75 oz can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup 1 cup water 3/4 cup shreaded cheese - any mix you would like How Do I Make Ann's Egg Bake?Here is how you make Ann's Egg Bake: The night before, saute the sausage, drain off fat and rinse with hot water to remove more fat. Let cool. In a large bowl beat 8 eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Set aside. In a 9 x 13 baking pan layer the sausage and cubbed bread then pour over the beaten eggs and egg substitute. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night. Next day, pre heat oven to 350. In a bowl mix the cream of chicken (or cream of mushroom) with 1 cup of water. Pour the mix over the sausage, bread and egg mix in the baking pan. Top with the cheese and back for 40 min or until the eggs are set. Let cool for 10 minuets before cutting and serving.
