How Do I Make Pico Egg?

Here is how you make Pico Egg:

put about 1 teaspoon of oil in the pan for each egg (.5 is more than i use per egg but that was not a measurement available. then add the pico and let it cook down over low heat which takes about 10 minutes. Then add the egg(s) on top of the 'vegetables' and let it cook til white congeals which is usually about 2 min and then flip let cook about 1 min and server. . I actually make my own pico from sliced cilantro, tomatoes, onions and jalapeno and/ or serrano peppers then sprinkle with salt and add fresh or organic lime juice.
