Spray pan with cooking spray. Turn stove on medium. Scramble 2 eggs in pan. Wait until it looks almost fried. Add half the cheese on one side and add then add half of the seasoning. Flip. Add the rest of the cheese and seasoning onto the egg and flip again. Turn off stove and put egg on taco shell. Fold to desired shape and enjoy.
