Use a dozen 4 oz canning jars, with 2-piece lids.Pre-heat Sous Vide water bath to 172.In bottom of each jar, evenly distribute the red pepper, green onion, garlic, & crumbled goat cheese.Blend together the egg whites, Neufatchel, & cream until smooth.
