Here is how you make Egg Rolls:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 15 x 10 in pan with foil. Coat with butter. In large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, onions, salt, and pepper. When mixture is smooth, pour evenly into pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until set. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Bake another 2 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Carefully lift foil from pan. Starting from the smaller end, roll up the eggs, jellyroll style carefully releasing them from the foil as you roll. Slice into 1 inch slices and servie.
