3 eggs
2 oz 2% milk
bacon, cooked, drain, rinsed and chopped into bits
1 medium tomato, deseeded and chopped
1/3 c chopped onions
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 c Spinach
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp low fat whipped cream cheese

Here is how you make Fall Sunrise:

Cut bacon into small bits and cook. Rinse bacon under cold water and set aside. In an 8" oven proof omelet pan, over low heat, add olive oil, onions and garlic, and cook until transparent. Add tomatos and cook additional 1 minute. Add 1 tbsp water and spanish to pan, cover and steam until spinach is wilted. Blend eggs and milk in a separate bowl. Pour eggs into pan and lightly stir. Continue to cook over low heat until eggs are almost set. Transfer pan to broiler and cook until top is just turning golden brown.Turn omelet onto cutting board and cut into quarters. Salt and pepper to taste, Serve omelet on toasted bun spread with cream cheese.Serving Size:?4
