Heat a non-stick frying pan, spray with Pam butter spray , add onions, peppers and seasoning. When lightly browned, add egg beaters mixing all ingredients together. Form a rectangle and cook until golden brown. Turn and repeat. While eggs are cooking, toast 2 slices of bread. Cut omelet in half and slide half on each piece of toast.
