Here is how you make Flapjacks:

In a medium bowl, combine flours, baking powder, flaxseed meal, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl or blender, mix milk, egg, and oil. Pour the liquid into the dry and mix until just combines. Let sit while griddle heats up. Pour between 1/4-1/2 cup onto griddle. Let it for about 3 mins, turn over for 2 more minutes. Serve hots.
