Here is how you make Healthy French Toast for One:

Mix together the egg, egg white, milk, and one dash each of cinnamon and clove (use a fork and mix thoroughly). Dip each side of each slice of bread into the mixture, and then cook over medium high heat in a skillet (use Pam or similar on the skillet). I did NOT include the nutritional info for the bread, so you can add that separately - you could probably use four pieces if you use the low calorie bread, three if you're using "normal" bread (I used Sara Lee Soft & Smooth Wheat), or two slices if they're larger pieces of wheat bread.Cook the french toast, flipping once, until done on both sides.
