Wisk together eggs, milk and cinnamon. Heat nonstick skillet or spray with Pam. Dip each piece in egg mixture just before adding to pan (be sure to coat both sides but don't let bread soak up too much egg). Cook each side until egg is done and slightly brown but not burnt.
