1 cup diced Ham, extra lean
1/4 cup fat free milk
2 Tbls parmesan cheese, grated

Here is how you make Springtime Frittata:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Heat large skillet over high heat, spray lightly with Pam (or other cooking spray). Cook mushrooms and asparagus until just starting to soften, about 5 minutes. Add spinach and wilt, approx. 2-3 minutes. While vegetables are cooking, scramble eggs, egg whites and milk in a bowl. Whisk in pesto sauce. Spray pam in 11x8 glass baking dish. Spread ham and veggies in baking dish, pour egg mixture over ham and veggies. sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 40 minutes.
