Here is how you make Quick Frittatas:

Make 12 portions (I eat two for bkfst, but nutritional info is based on the fact that it fills 12 muffin cups in a muffin pan.)Combine all ingredients and pour into muffin cups that have been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 375 until golden brown (about 11 min.) Allow to cool, then store in refridge until ready to eat. (Microwave single servings.)
