In a bowl, combined flour, oats, 1 C sugar, and baking soda. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve 2 C of mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture into greased 13X9X2 glass baking dish; set aside. In a sauce pan, combine fruit, cornstarch/flour, lemon juice, and remaining ? C sugar. Bring to a boil; boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Spread fruit mixture evenly over crust in 13X9X2 dish. Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture.
