My kids love these, and so does my husband! I have served them for breakfast alongside scambled eggs (the kids energy lasts way longer on this meal than on cereal). I have even served these with supper (we've done burgers with "shakes" (really smoothies). I pour the leftovers into dixie cups and put a small piece of foil on top and then pop a popsicle stick into them and freeze for healthy popsicles! (No High Fructose Corn syrup...Yay!). My kids love these, and they are quite filling too!
