Here is how you make Simple Granola:

Makes 5 servings of 0.5 cups (8 tablespoons) each. Replacing the honey with agave nectar also works well.Mix together oats, flax seed meal, almonds, sesame seeds, cinnamon, and allspice. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine honey and frozen apple juice concentrate. Heat in microwave ~10-15 seconds or until just barely melted. Stir vanilla into the liquid mixture. Using a silicone or rubber spatula stir the liquid into the dry mix. The mixture does not need to be uniformly wet. Spread mixture on an ungreased baking sheet.
