mix all dry ingredients together. In seperate bowl mix wet ingredients together and put into microwave for 3 minutes. Pour over dry ingredients and mix throughly. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes. Stir at 15 and 30 minutes. Turn oven off and leave for another 10 minutes. Add cranberries or other dry fruit.
