How Do I Make Sunrise Granola?

Here is how you make Sunrise Granola:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees with rack in center of oven.Mix all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Melt coconut oil and honey together on very low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir vanilla extract into coconut oil and honey mixture. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and fold in until all dry ingredients are well coated. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with a silicone baking mat (or grease the baking sheet well). Bake for 10 minutes and turn ingredients to prevent becoming overly brown. Repeat as necessary until granola is golden brown throughout. Bakes for about 30 minutes.
