1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup pecans, coarsely chopped

3/4 cup raisins
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla

Here is how you make Simple Granola:

Whisk liquids together until honey is incorporated. Add in vanilla and combine.In a bowl combine the oats and nuts, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add in the liquids and stir to evenly coat.Toast granola in a 300 degree oven for 20 minutes, stir to evenly brown, and toast another 25 minutes.Remove from the oven, turn the oven off. Put granola back into your large bowl and add to it the cranberries and raisins.
