3/4 t. grated nutmeg
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 C. dried cranberries or cherries or dates

Here is how you make CB's Maple Granola:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except dried fruits. Spread in even layer on rimmed parchment lined baking sheet. Bake,stirring every 10 minutes, for about 40 minutes.
