In large, ungreased baking pan, combine oats, coconut, and cinnamon. Mix well. In small bowl, combine honey, butter and vanilla. Pour over oat mixture and mix. Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 mins, until coconut and oats are toasted. Stir in raisins and cool in pan. When cool, store in airtight container.
