How Do I Make Jim's Granola?

Here is how you make Jim's Granola:

Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Chop walnuts. Stir together dry ingredients. Mix together oil, maple syrup and add 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tbsp gr. cinnamon. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and spread mixture evenly on them. Bake for 10 min, remove from oven and stir. Return to oven for another 10 min until golden.
