Here is how you make Best Granola:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix oats, oat flour, cinnamon, nuts and coconut. In a large measuring cup, measure coconut oil, maple syrup, honey and vanilla--stir well. Add honey mixture to oat mixture, stirring to coat well. Pour mixture onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Place into preheated oven. Bake, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden brown and crisp-looking, about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely on cooling rack.
