Here is how you make Julie's Granola 1/2 C/serving:

Using an x-large microwave safe bowl heat honey, almonds. sesame seeds and vanilla extract for 3-4 minutes in microwave. Add other dry ingredients except oats. Mix. Add oil and oats. Mix. Add hot water. Mix. Spread in 2-3 jelly roll pans. I like to pack it down but that is not necessary.Bake at 200 degrees about 7-8 hours. Original directions said to stir once during baking but I do not. Cook until crisp and golden brown. Do not overbake. Dried fruit could be added after baking.You can grind your own flax seed in the blender..Good with soy milk and fruit.
