cinnamon (cover oats generously)
3/4 c. unsweetened, flaked, coconut
3/4 cup seeds: 1/4 sesame, 1/2 pumpkin
1 c. chopped pecans
2/3 c. coconut oil
1 c. honey

1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. dried cranberries


How Do I Make Karen's Granola?

Here is how you make Karen's Granola:

Mix all ingredients except dried fruit in a large bowl. Spread onto 2 jelly roll pans that have been sprayed with nonstick spray or covered with a Silpat nonstick baking pad. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Stir and bake for another 7-10 minutes. Cool on pans, stirring once or twice as it cools. Add chopped dates, raisins or other dried fruit at this time.Serving Size:?Makes 30 - 1/2 c. servings
