1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 cup dates, pitted, soaked 20 minutes,
reserve some water
1/2 cup raisins
2 apples, cored & chopped with skin
1 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
3/4 to 1 cup chocolate chips or carob
1-2 tsps. vanilla powder or extract, optional
2 tbsp. cinnamon powder
1/2 tsps. sea salt
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup reserved date water

Here is how you make Raw Granola:

Soak almonds, pecans in clean water for 6 hours.Pit & soak dates for 20 minutes, reserve waterCore and chop 2 granny smith applesTake almonds, pecans, and dates, process to small chunks in food processor with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of reserved date water.Mix all ingredients and spread on teflex sheet in dehydrator at 115 degrees for 12 to 24 hours. At 6 hours turn and break up mixture to dry further. Dry to desired crunchiness. When done add chocolate chips if desired.
