3 cups Rolled Oats
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup roasted & salted cashew pieces
3/4 shredded sweetened coconut
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp vanilla


How Do I Make Granola?

Here is how you make Granola:

Preheat oven to 250. Combine oats, nuts, coconut and brown sugar. In a separate bowl whisk together maple syrup, olive oil and vanilla. Pour maple syrup mixture over oat mixture and mix well. Spread evenly onto two cookie sheets and bake for 1 hour, 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
