3 Tbls coconut oil
2 Tbls extra virgin olive oil
8 Tbls honey (runny)
2 tsp ground cinnamon (or other sweet spice like ginger)

How Do I Make Granola?

Here is how you make Granola:

Set dates aside until the end. Mix remaining dry ingredients together. Gently heat and melt the honey and oils before mixing into the dry ingredients. Spread the mixture into two large baking trays and bake at 140C/275F/gas mark 1 approximately 35 minutes or until golden brown, mixing occasionally and respreading evenly.
