What Are The Ingredients For Granola Chunks Recipe?The ingredients for Granola Chunks are: Old fashioned Oats, 2 cupsFlake Sweetened Coconut, 1/4 cup Slivered Almonds, 1/4 cup Raisins, 1/4 Cup Salt, 1/4 tsp Brown Sugar, 2 tbs Whole Wheat Flour, 1/2 Cup OR Wheat Germ, 1/2 Cup Canola Oil, 3 tbsp Water, 1 tbs Pancake or Corn Syrup, 1/4 cup How Do I Make Granola Chunks?Here is how you make Granola Chunks: Mix old fashioned oats, whole wheat flour (or wheat germ) brown sugar, salt, coconut and almonds in a large bowl.Warm up syrup (or honey or molasses, etc) along with oil and water in the microwave. Watch it closely. When it's warm, pour over the oats mixture and mix thoroughly.Pour into lightly oiled 13 X 9 cake pan and work mixture into little balls with your hands, squeezing it to make it stick. The smaller the balls, the shorter the cook time.Cook for 30 minutes to an hour at 275 degrees.
