Here is how you make Janice's Granola:

Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.Mix canola oil, honey and vanilla in a small bowl then pour over dry ingredients and mix well.Oil two cookie sheets and spread 1/2 of mix onto each pan.Bake in a 325 degree oven for 25 minutes.
