What Are The Ingredients For Jenny's Granola Recipe?The ingredients for Jenny's Granola are: 4 cups Old Fashioned Oats2 cups chopped pecans 1 cup sliced raw almonds 1 cup roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds 3/4 cup shredded, unswetened coconut 1/2 cup wheat germ 1/2 cup flaxseed meal 1 T cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground cloves 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg 1/3 cup canola oil 3/4 cup Grade A dark amber maple syrup 3/4 cup honey 2 T vanilla How Do I Make Jenny's Granola?Here is how you make Jenny's Granola: Preheat oven to 265 degrees F. Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl. Whisk together syrup, honey, oil and vanilla in small bowl and heat in microwave for 1 minute. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Spread onto two large jelly roll pans coated with cooking spray and press down with spatula. Place in oven, one pan on upper rack, one on lower. Bake for 1 hour. Switch pans after 1/2 hour. After baking, let granola cool and dry out in oven for a few hours or overnight. Break up into chunks.
