Mix the oats, coconut, and wheat germ in a bowl. In a sauce pan heat the oil, maple syrup and brown sugar. Heat until the sugar melts. Pour over the oatmeal mixture and then spread on a large (sprayed with PAM) cooking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven. Bake ten minutes.
