Here is how you make Homemade Soaked granola:

Mix oats, butter, oil, yogurt, pecans and water. Place in a large bowl. Cover and let sit out for 24 hours at room temperature.After granola has soaked for a day, mix the honey, salt and cinnamon. (Warm it until it flows easily.) Mix with the oat mixture. Place either on your dehydrator sheets or on two large cookie sheets - oiled with coconut oil. Bake - either way - until it is dry and crispy. In an oven, this will take most of 24 hours. In the dehydrator, it takes 12.
