1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. brown sugar

How Do I Make Kristin's Homemade Granola?

Here is how you make Kristin's Homemade Granola:

Mix oats and coconut, spread on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 300 for 10 minutes, stir, then bake for 10 more minutes. In the meantime, bring butter, honey and and brown sugar to a rolling boil, then turn off, adding vanilla. Remove oat mix from oven, add the raisins and the honey mixture, mixing it all well and spread it out evenly again. Put back in over for 10 more mins, checking and stirring every 5 mins. Spread wax paper or tinfoil on counter, dump granola out onto it, spreading it out to "dry". Once cool, place in ziploc bag to store.Serving Size:?Makes about 8-10 servings
