2. Turn ontpo a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic (4-6 min). Place in a greased bowl turning once to grease top. cover and let s=rise in warm place until double its size (about 1 hour).

3. Punch dough down and shape into 6 2 inch balls. Palce 2 in apart on greased ha==baking sheet. Use sharp knife to cut a cross in top of each. Cover and let rise til double their size (about 30 min)

Beat egg yolk with water and brush over buns. Bake at 375 F for 13-15 min (until golden brown). cool on wire rack. Combine icing ingredients and pipe over buns
