Place Crystal Light and Juices in 32 oz container and add filtered water. Drink 2 cups with ice in morning. **Note: The ingredients in these items SHOULD BE gluten-free but there are no guarantees because the facilities are not certified "gluten-free." For my needs only, this is considered gluten-free. If you have celiac disease, you understand the caveat here. The cherry juice is gluten free, the pomegranate juice folks say they are not a certified facility, but the juice has no items containing gluten, and the Wellesse glucosamine says gluten-free.
