How Do I Make Debra's Croup Juice?

Here is how you make Debra's Croup Juice:

Wash lemons and oranges thoroughly then slice to form 1/4" rings. Place slices in large pot and cover with water then bring to a boil. Reduce heat to slow simmer and add seasonings then cover being careful not to allow to boil over. When the fruit pulp begins to separate from the rind, remove from heat and strain out all pulp and rinds. Add honey to remaining juice and mix thoroughly. Store in refrigerator.
