Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.Blend yolks with buttermilk and oil, add to dry mix and blend just until mixed, there will be some lumps.Fold in egg whites.Drop on a preheated, greased waffle iron and cook until steam isn't coming out anymore. Waffles will be crisp on the outside and soft inside.
